TP-LINK TL-WPA281 V3 AV200 - Wireless has stopped working - cant restart

As above, unit has been working perfectly for almost a year.
Now WIFI not working - WIFI light flashes twice after a reboot, then stays off. Cant see wireless SSID. Have tried restore factory settings, changing channels, using different devices - none of which see the SSID of the wireless.
Works fine with ethernet cable attached, and i can connect to it via 192.168.1.1, with no issues.
