Keep getting "limited" connection.

Hi, Since I bought this a few months ago I every now and then get a limited connection. If I bring my laptop closer to the router and connect to that the connection is ine, so it is not my service provider. I've noticed since I've upgraded to windows 10 that the problem has gotten worse. I now rarely have anything other than a limited connection when connected to TP link. My laptop doesnt have a CD drive so I don't have the control centre installed and cant seem to find an emulator for it.
