TP-LINK TL-WPA4220T KIT AV500 Powerline 30 second load times
Region : UK
Model : TP-LINK TL-WPA4220T
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : Not Clear
ISP : Virgin Media
I am having huge problems with this.
I've returned one set already and now on my second set.
I have 3 units in different rooms.
The first connected to my hub
second - in an upstairs offices - wired and wi-fi
third - in the lounge.
the wired connection in the second that is linked to a PC works perfectly.
BOTH of the wi-fi connections via TP create page load times of around 30 seconds on the internet or for apps.
I have tried them in different rooms, etc... but nothing has resolved it.
When connected to either TP on ANY device (laptop, iPhone, iPad) I always have full 3 bars - so I assume full signal...
I assumed it was to do with the electrical circuit in the house being problematic, but I have tried it with multiple rooms and it is the same.
Also, this is now my second product.
Also, why would the wired connection work if there was an electrical circuit issue??
Can anyone help?
Is it simply the TP product itself? Do I need to buy another brand?
Thanks
Carwyn
