Model : TL-PA4010 and TL-WPA4220

Hardware Version : WPA4220 v1 081C7015

Firmware Version :

1.2.8 Build 140401 Rel.50484n
MAC-QCA7420-1.1.0.846-02-20121116-FINAL

ISP :

Model: TL-WPA4220 KIT
Hardware Version: V1

I cannot get any internet through my powerline adapter.
The weird thing is that I can access the TL-PA4010 device through the utility but I cannot reach the TL-WPA4220 through the utility.
(TL-PA4010 is connected to the router while the TL-PA4010 is connected to my computers)

Also when I try to pair the two devices, the TL-WPA4220 power led flashes 3 times then goes steady after pressing the pair button. (That is not normal right?)

EDIT: I can connect to my device now but I'm noticing that the MAC address of my powerline adapter (TL-PA4010) is 00:00:00:00. My router is not detecting the device either.

Sounds interesting...
The connection by powerline devices works OK without any problem, right?
If so, we don't need to care about that... If you do care, try to restart, reset or replace it with the retailer...

The powerline devices seem to be working without issue but my router no longer appears to be recognizing them.
I cannot take it back to the retailer because I purchased it from Best Buy a few months back and can no longer find my receipt.

Im hoping to be able to send it back for warranty from tp-link but so far my experience with their customer service has been unsatisfying/

WPA4220 was able to be recognized by your router? You have tried to reset but no help?
If you want to send it back for warranty from tp-link, you have to contact their customer service. My experience is not bad actually.
:)
