Sorry if I it is a dumb question, but I have an issue with this device (TL-WN723N)
I did everything showed in the Quick Installation Guide, but I can't start the device on Driver&Utility program.

A note (device can not start) doesn't let me take the next steps

Information: this system opperates with Windows Vista, everything went trough the previous steps and the device is brand new

Sorry for my bad english.

I'd be glad if someone around here have a solution for that
