Model :

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

Hello I just bought a TD-VG3631 router, and it does not recognize NTFS partition. I'm using the latest firmware version:
Firmware version: 0.6.0 Build 130108 Rel.54595n 1.0 v0001.0
Hardware version: TD-VG3631 00000000 v1

I've tried other hard drives, but not resolved.
I am using a Samsung M3 Portable. It has two partitions, one FAT32 with 32GB, which it recognizes and the other with 950GB NTFS which does not recognize. I've tried changing the size of the partitions, change the type of partitions, but nothing solved the problem.
can you help me. saw on the internet that many people have the same problem.

The current firmware is very old actually...

You may try upgrade it. NTFS format is supported... It should be a compatiblility issue.

in fact, I was using the most current firmware version, and not worked.
I tried to go back to Build 130108 version because I saw a forum that this worked.
but not worked too.
Firmware version: 0.6.0 Build 150505 Rel.39381n 1.1 v0001.0
Hardware version: TD-VG3631 00000000 v1
HD I use is compatible and detects the FAT32 partition, not only recognizes the NTFS. Already formatted and not solved. I believe the problem is the same firmware.
