I'm certain I saw somewhere that the AC1750 Archer D7 I have provides Power-over-Ethernet, is that true? I can't find any mention of it anywhere now, which is worrying because I just bought an IP camera that requires PoE. Asking the question because I can't get the camera to work and wonder if it's even getting power (no LEDs to give a clue). Tried changing cables - I'm guessing a standard Cat5 will do, or does it need to be a higher spec?

Thanks for any info.

Thanks but that's Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet on the WAN. I'm asking about Power over Ethernet on the LAN.

Anyway I think the answer is no it doesn't support it. Which means more expense on a PoE Injector. :(
