powerline scan not showing any device

I have 3 PA4010 and one WPA4220 connected to the network, and everything works fine both via cable and via wifi (had to change the IP adress of the WPA4220 though).
However, the powerline scan utilities does not show any device (neither the utility for the WPA4220, nor the one for the PA4010).
What could be the reason ?
