Can't detect T9E adapter.

Hi i just bought a C9 router and T9E adapter.
The router works great but i can't detect the adapter,i tried the install utility from website,also i cant detect it in windows hardware list.
The LED on the adapter is lighting green so it should have power,it is installed on a MSI 790FX GD70 motherboard in the PCI-E Gen2 x1 slot.
