Archer D2 V1 AC750 - Power led flashing

help. my AC750 from Amazon does not stop flashing on power button.. is it a bricked unit? How to fix it?
After power on the power diode starts lighting up then followed by all other diodes then the power diode starts flashing endless while other diodes are off.. There is no wifi signal and if i connect via LAN it does not detect in my laptop.
Problem is i bought it through amazon and my aunt brought it personally here in philippines. It will be very hard for me to return the modem... frown emoticon [FONT=helvetica][/FONT]
