Guide installing tp-link driver on linux

Firmware Version : H108NSV1.1.7u_ZRD_GR2_A68
ISP : [COLOR] OTE Greece
Hi TP-LINK users!
Internet reception with linux os is pretty poor. I don't know how to install driver from http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WN822N_V3.html as there are no instructions.
Also I don't know how to enable channels 12 & 13 as I do on windows. I'm from Greece.
