I ordered TL-PB10400 V1 online which got delivered today.
I see several issues with it, hence want to clarify the same.
1) When i opened the box, the box was not in good shape (crumpled).
2) the box did not have any original manufacturer seal.
3) the charge was nil (0); i expected that it will have minimum (25% to 40%) charge when it is packed.
4) the inside paper packaging was damaged... looks like the box was opened and re-packed.
5) it has a button (to display the battery capacity or turn on/off the flashlight), which is not out, but inside the charger. it is little difficult to press the button as it is already gone inside.

Can you please tell if this is normal?
