I’ve just bought a set of TP-Link Powerline TL-WPA4230P KIT for my house use.
It’s a 3-storey house on 3-phase power supply.

I’ve already setup both devices working well in the 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] floor room with the router.
Powerline LED and Wi-Fi LED is blinking correctly.

Then I move the WPA4230P device to the ground floor.
It just doesn’t work no matter what power socket I use on the ground floor, even on the same phase of power supply.
The Powerline LED just keep on blinking and is not solid ON.

Each floor in our house has a circuit board.
Is there any reason?
How can I troubleshoot now?

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

As I know, some electrical equipment, such as the outlet with Surge protection function, would prevent the normal use of Powerline Adapter.
