my TL-WN921 V3 adapter stopped working in a strange way when I was reinstaling a program for my logitech headset which is, I believe, the cause of this problem.
When you install the said program (which is LGS 8.5), you have to restart your computer and at restart, my pc just wasn't connected to any network anymore.
I checked my different my different wireless network connections and "Wireless network connection 3" (which was the one my adapter was using) wasn't there anymore.
Not disabled, just disappeared. However, the usb port was still working and I even tested it on all my other ports. It also played the specific sound effect that plays when you plug a device in and out.
And the adapter is not broken, I tested it on an other pc and it worked.

Also I want to specify the light on the usb key is off too
