Port Forwarding not working on TD-W8968 V4

I have followed the guide to setup port forwarding but still not working...
The ports will not work when trying to use the WAN IP and the port I've opened or if I use the dynamic dns address I have setup with no-ip. The only port that seems to be open is port 80 which the standard one open to log into the router settings.
Can you help please?
