Can't cast to my chromecast

I am trying to connect a chromecast 2 to my network but i'm having a problem which is even thought my chromecast is connected to the network i can't cast from my devices to it ! any one has an idea how to fix it, I tried to google it and it looks like it's a problem with the AP isolation which I am not sure how to disable it.
My router model is TD-W8951ND and firmware version is 5.0.0 Build 141114 Rel.26463
