Incomaptibility MR3420 + ZTE MF710

Hi gens, could someone tell me how to solve compatibility problem between my router MR3420 v2 and the usb stick modem ZTE MF710 ?
I tried to update the router with the latest firmware on TP LINK site but they doesn't work.
MF710 USB stick works properly connected directly on PC.
