I recently purchased both a TL-WDN3200 Dual-Band Wifi Dongle and a TL-WA7510N Outdoor Wi-fi.
All devices except my WDN3200 can detect the AP signal coming from my WA7510N. My phones and tablets connect just fine.

Assuming this was a driver issue, I came to this forum to find that TP-Link themselves are no longer supporting the WDN3200 and the most recent drivers can be found at the chipset manufacturer's website (Mediatek). Tried those drivers, still having the same issue: the WDN3200 does not detect 5GHz signals. this is quite frustrating as I intentionally purchased two TP-Link devices in order to reduce the probability of hardware/software incompatibilities.

I am living in Indonesia, the WA7510N is set to Standard AP Mode, the internet connection comes from a router connected to the WA7510N by LAN cable.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The mediatek drivers should work, I'm using them, if you went here

I too found that the drivers on the TPlink site and the WIn10 drivers dont supoport 5 ghz

And they still dont. If I had known earlier (before I brought the adapter), I would have brought something else

Shouldnt this AP be connected to the PC not the router? Is the router wireless?
