Archer C7: How can I access my NAS on the WAN
Model :
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi,
I just bought the Archer C7 and set it up as a DHCP Server. Now I cannot Access my Synology NAS on the WAN
from the devices which are connected to the Archer C7 Network (both WLAN and LAN).
Here's my Network topology:
The "base" Network consists of a Fritzbox which estables the DSL Internet Connection. On the
LAN ports of the Fritzbox I have the Synology NAS and the Archer C7.
The "Internet" port of the Archer is connected to the Fritzbox LAN port. Several devices are connected
to the Archer WLAN and LAN port. None of these device see any device in the WAN especially the Synology NAS.
How do I have to set up the Archer C7 such that it becomes transparent and that I can Access all devices on
the WAN (Fritzbox) Network.
I already tried to fiddle around with some configurations at the Archer but I did not succeed.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jens
