My extender is not connecting to my router
Have been using both of them for a while now
so my start link router reset am trying to connect both of them back but is not working pl

Hi,
Normally the two extenders should have automatically reconnected to the router after you restored the previously used Wi-Fi network names (SSID) and Wi-Fi passwords on the router.
Anyway, if you want to log into the extenders, but don't remember the login passwords, then you need to reset the extenders by pressing the small, recessed "Reset" buttons for about 5 seconds.
