TL-WA860RE cant access admin page

Hi,
Im using the TL-WA860RE for months, but few days ago ive tryed to access to the config page (tplinkextender.net) and i cant.
I try a reset but still the same, cant access the page...
i try in the browser by ip 192.168.0.254 but nothing.... still the same....
Some times the config/admin page ask me the login and password and show the first page, has the REMOVE and NEXT buttons... but i guess breaks or lag the page i dont know.... Can move next to configure the extender
Try many times to reset but no effect....
Please advise

Ive done 10sec reset button many times... i think that not flashing all lights...
I try on other pc via ethernet but still in the same.
I took some pics.
It seems to lag/delay and the connection to the extender time out
There is any way to use a program to restore the firmware?? Because i cant access via web(192.168.0.254) maeby with some program trying to connect and restore or upload firmware works....
