Hi,

I am looking for some help please. I have several deco x50 (and one x55)  connected to fibre. My main deco x50 is 4g. When I fallover to 4g, loss of internet is detected and the deco light goes green within about 30 seconds. However, two things then happen:

1) the internet doesn't really work beyond google searches.

2) the Ethernet back haul seems to stop working properly and most devices say they are disconnected.

i am guessing that fixing (1) might fix (2), but can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong to cause (1) to occur? I am pretty sure the SIM card is working fine.
