Archer VR900v and Speedphone 10

The Speedphone 10 DECT phone works well with the VR900v except when you select voice-mail icon on the phone. It seems to try to connect to the voice-mail but then just disconnects. It works when you dial *20 but it would be nice to get the icon selection working. Maybe the phone is dialling the wrong number when trying to connect to the VR900v voice-mail.
