Hi, on all my searches and using AI, the Default-Way to connect the components you need to use WPS. Start WPS on the Router, than start WPS on the Extender. Both should connect automatically and pairing to Easy Mesh, if supported by both Components. Greetz

Hello @artlister ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know the model number of your device? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device

If you are unable to configure the TP-Link range extender, please refer to What should I do if I fail to configure TP-Link Range Extender?

Best Regards.
