Reporting Firmware Bugs on M7350
Model : M7350
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version : 1.0.9 Build 151021 Rel.1017n
ISP : Digi
Bug 1:
The MiFi does not attempt to reconnect when the mobile data (network) is disconnected or when the user tries to surf the internet. I have to either disable and reenable mobile data on Dial-Up Settings, changes Network Mode or restarts the modem. This bug is SERIOUS.
The MiFi should have settings to auto connect to mobile data when it is disconnected, auto disconnect in n minutes or keep the mobile data open while reconnect when the mobile data is disconnected. I have attempted to reset the MiFi and even reflash the MiFi with the latest firmware but the same problem appears.
Bug 2:
When PDP type is set to IPv4 & IPv6, OTA firmware updates will always said "Network error, please check the network connection." Note that my network support dual stack IPv4 & IPv6 now.
I'm a power user and I'm know what I am doing, thus I plead thee to solve the bugs ASAP. I have spent a lot of money to buy this MiFi.
