connection test failed

dear technical support,
when i try to configure my router i get failed in connection test
( see what i got in picture )
and i'm very sure that my credentials are correct, PPPoE username and password, and VCI VPI also are correct, and i'm sure of that, because when i put the same credentials at the old router after reseting of course, i get easily connect !
