good day sir/mam

i have question that needs to be clarify...in bandwidth control settings

part of control settings
1.) should i used ADSL if im connected to a modem of my isp?... and if im not sure is it ok to used others instead?...
2.) should i only input my real ISP upload and download plan?.. sometimes i see in other guides 2048 they make it 2500 some times.. if this my setting does this slow my connection?..

part of Rule List
1.) so i reserved my ip 191 - 199, for the rest of 100 - 190 so my settings, 1st rule was 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.190 and i set my upload min and max to 0 if this is default does it mean this will not limit the upload bandwidth? am i right?... and for download speed i input min 850 and max 1000 so my question is.. does this mean all devices and computer that is connected with in the range of this ip are sharing the total of min/max? or each devices are using min/max?

2.) do i need to add the reserved ip (191-199) in the rule list and if so.. can i leave my upload to 0 and my min 1200 and my max 2048 or i can make my max to 0?

thank you in advance
P.S. i have knowledge of the reserved ip option.
