TL-WR710N in WISP mode unstable connection

i`m using the (TL-WR710N v2.1) in WISP mode for sharing the internet connection from a public hotspot with my devices, i've been using the (TL-WR710N v2.1) since almost tow months now, at the beginning it used to disconnect just for a couple of times per day and each time i had to restart my router and then go through the hotspot`s log in screen, it was for sure annoying but nothing too bad until recently it started to disconnect too frequently like every 10 to 15 minutes and internet speed got much slower too.
i have tried to factory reset it several times but it did not help and i`m really frustrated now.
i would really appreciate any help...
