TP Link WDR4300 wireless 2.4ghz band problem.

Hi all,Currently I'm having problem with my WDR4300, specifically on 2.4ghz band. I not a tech savvy guy so I a bit slower in understanding how things worked.So the problem is all devices cannot use the 2.4ghz except my Samsung Smart TV. They all will show "connected" status but they cannot connect to internet. One thing I noticed is that they started cant use the 2.4ghz band when I started assigned my Samsung TV to 2.4ghz. It look like my smart tv blocking other devices from using the 2.4ghz band. So now only my Smart TV can use 2.4ghz..But having no problem whatsoever with 5ghz.Firmware version : 3.12.32 Build 130612 Rel.83937nHardware version: WDR4300 v1.0000000Anyone know how to fix this?
