Setting up router for SIP softphone on laptop
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi,
I'm a bit clueless but can anyone help me. My VOIP provided have suggested that I need to make some changes to my router settings in order for the softphone on my PC to work.
Router is TL-MR3420
See below for their suggestions. The problem is I can't see how to make these changes on my router. I can log into the settings but I just can't see what specific settings he's referring to.
1.~Make sure SIP ALG is disabled: -
2. Allow all traffic from and to IP range of 194.213.29.0/24 (Whole Subnet).
3. UDP – Keep-Alive time out needs to be set to 200 seconds. (The default is normally set at 30 second )
Thanks,
Deirdre
