2.4GHz 24dBi Grid Parabolic Antenna and access pint

can i use the TL-ANT2424B Parabolic Antenna connected to TL-WA801ND access point connected to a network switch locally
transmitting to another TL-ANT2424B Parabolic Antenna connected to a TD-W9970 router 200 metres away,
if so seeing as both access point and router have twin antennas do i need more than one parabolic antenna for each?
