Factory Reset not possible

I have an WDR3600 and it worked long time without problems.
Some days ago we had a power break, and afterward the router is not working any longer.
(At installation I had deactivated WPS-butten by configuration)
- WLAN is offline
- LAN-Access is offline
- Configuration Website not accessible
- Factory reset (8 seconds pressing WPS button) does not work
- After powering up, all LED are blinking (approximately 3s off, 1s on)
- After pressing WPS button, only the led of the connected lines are on.
But no further reaction
Is there another way to force a factory reset ?
