Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I had been using my 3 decos with Spectrum and now I have switched to ATT fiber. I haven't been able to get the blue blinking light during setup. In order to factory reset all my Decos to they need to be online?

You can always manually reset the Deco using the PUSH BUTTON located on the device, you will need a pin or paperclip however.  Just hold in for 10 seconds until it flashes and restarts, then its reset.

Once all are reset, delete the network in the app and good to start again.

Thanks, it took a few tries but finally did that. I read that they are not truly reset until they flash blue.

Yeah thats pretty true.   Blue flashes is setup initiated on the device which would indicate a reset OK.
