Cannot access my router

I can' t seem to access my router to make configuration changes after reset. When typing the IP address on the IE address bar; I get Mikrotik's login screen instead of TP-Link login screen, did I do something wrong or is Mikrotik the correct login. I tried to enter the admin password anyhow but it does not recognize it. Thank you!
