TP-LINK TL-WN725N SoftAP not working on a public PC.

I want to start the SoftAP mode on a net cafe so I can get the PC's wifi connection for my phone while playing game.
I have followed these steps:

this line exists "An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. (null)"
those two links didn't fix my problem, please help. :(
