Cannot get it to connect

Hey guys im new to this.
anyway straight to the point, i recently brought the tp-link wireless n600 usb adapter now when im install it does it fine, connects to my wireless router fine, but it seems to stop windows, where windows just constantly says limited access! There for i cant connect to the internet!
Any suggestion?
