MR3220 V2 disconnects randomly

Dear TP-Link Support,
I'm using the TP-Link MR3220 with the TP-Link MA260 3G USB key. The firmware of the router is the latest available on your site.
The problem is that sometimes, when I'm connected and browsing the Internet, the system becomes idle, internet is no more available and the router's management interface is not available as well (I cannot access 192.168.1.1).
Do you have some suggestions or guide to solve this problem?
