Internet doesn't work when switched back from RE to modem

I have a TP-link ADSL modem and a range extender WA850REI noticed that when my iOS phone and tablet when switch back to the modem, they don't work. Although it shows as connected, but there is no internet access. The only way to make it work is either reset the modem OR disconnect wifi for a minute or 2 and connecting back.

Firstly, switch off your router for a moment and after that will try access to web interface. Next disable UPnP
