Hello everyone.

I want to Open a Port (9981) on my router (WR841)


Unfortunately my Provider does not allow me to open this specific port. Even if I open it it gets blocked somwehere in the providers system. I can only open Ports that are higher than 50000.

Someone told me, that there is a thing called "NAT" where I can somehow "rout" the 9981 Port through 50000.


I cant find this option in my routers menu though, Can anyone help me out?
