Archer D2 - Epson Connect Scan To Cloud Connection Issue

My TP-Link Archer D2 will not allow my Epson XP-415 wifi printer to connect to and use Epson Connect Scan To Cloud service.
For information:
* The printer is connected to my home, wifi network and will print wirelessly
* When I use my very old Netgear router, there is no such issue. The printer connects immediately to Epson Connect and is able to Scan To Cloud
* I have upgraded the Archer D2's firmware to the latest version
Any assistance is resolving this issue, so that I am able to connect to Epson Connect on my printer, and use Scan To Cloud would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
