TL WR1043ND V1 and multiple resets (Win10?)

Hello,
ISP: Unity Media Germany Modem Cisco epc3212
I have more and more severe problems with the connectivity in my setup using Win10.
Several times a day the router just keeps resetting on and on and no internet connection is possible.
On other times everything seems to be okay.
It always starts with a DNS client event ID 1014, which may stop right away or repeat itself for several times.
Then i have to unplug all cables and reset the router manually.
The router was working fine for a few years without a problem, this all started when using Win 10.
I already disabled IPv6 with no effect.
Today i tried the latest firmware for the router, but no effect.
Write now i'm writing on Win7 and it is working.
It seems to be getting worse, when starting to use multiple devices and Wlan devices on the router.
Is the router not capabable in working with Win 10 or do i have to change some settings?
What would you advise?
Thanks
