TL-MR3420 - one antenna in other room?

Searched for specs but no result - I want to know if two antennas of TL-MR3420 are MIMO or one for Rx and second for Tx.
Simply if there is possible to have router in one room and to use prolongation coaxial cable for placing second antenna to other room for increasing signal coverage.
