Wireless Configuration Utility not working

I have just bought an Archer T9UH and it installed fine, no problem, connects at 1.3 on the 5GHz band.
However, I cannot get any sense at all from the Wireless Configuration Utility. I have reinstalled it but still nothing. It recognises teh adapter in the dropdown, but everything else is blank. No networks show even after refreshing twice. Also the status page is blank although I am conected to the internet.
OS is Windows 10 Pro 64Bit.
