Russian FW TL-WR841N cannt got back to EU

Hallo,called the customer - a problem with the router, found that a router reset and set to Russian, all cyrillic, we don't know how this could happen. Occurs to me just some attack from internet. We cannot go back even trying reset. I try upgrade the firmware, but cannot do so due to an unsupported file format, file is wr841n(EU)_v11_160325.bin
We have version V11
Actually displays that has this firmware:
3.16.9 Build 151126 Rel.54989n
WR841N/WR841ND v11 00000000.
What to do with this?
