av500 powerline adapters and solaredge inverters

Shortly I installed solar panels with 2 SolarEdge inverters. I also have 3 x AV500 powerline adapters (PA411 and PA4020p) already operational for 5 years. Now all 3 powerline adapters have died!
Is there an issue with these adapters in combination with SolarEdge inverters? Can anybody shine light on this?
