ICMP Echos Archer C50

Hi
I'm having issues with my ISP and it's been suggested to run the Broadband Quality Monitoring from thinkbroadband.
In order for the Broadband Quality Monitoring to full workit relies on ICMP Echos, I'm wondering how this can be enabled on the Archer C50 as all I'm getting below which telling me nothing

"If your graph is solid red like this example:

Then double check that your registered IP address is correct, and that your broadband router that has been assigned this IP address. Check the router is configured to respond to ping requests on its WAN/Internet port. The option is sometimes referred to as 'reply to ICMP requests'"
