Authentication failure on W8970

Authentication failure on W8970

Hi,
I just bought W8970. When I go to tplinkmodem.net or 192.168.1.1 to enter the admin panel, I enter the default username "admin" and password "admin".
However, it always fails to load with the message "Authentication failure".
At the backside, there is a label 'WPS Reset'. Above it are two buttons. One of which is inside and can only be pressed by a sharp object. And another one is like a normal button.
I pressed both separately for 10 seconds. I have also pressed them both together. I have also tried the 30-30-30 rule.
But I still cannot login using the default credentials.
Please help.
