Update WPA9610 kills adapter - no older firmware downloadable on website?

Hi all,
Had a WPA9610 V1.0 running on firmware:3.2.4_961011_161105_903.
Problems:
- overall speed, connection and throughput
- on/off disappearing from tlPLC
- erratic upload behaviour.
I saw that an upgrade was available: TL-WPA9610(KIT)(EU)_V1_161122, file wpa9610_eu-up-ver1-0-0-P1-20161122-rel67592-APPLC.bin
Updated the WPA9610 successfully.
Results:
1. Hard reboot necessary to get the new version running
2. Re-pair with 'master' pa necessary
3. WPA9610 dies after a few or more minutes (hard reboots after failure occurs - soft reboot doesn't help)
- Connection speed stays the same
- Wired and wireless data throughput below 1Mb
I wanted to revert to the previous firmware, but I can't find it on the website.
Can anyone help me with this, please?
Thanx Jaap
PS. Posted the results of a life test on the website with WPA9610 kit and PA9020P kit. Included pdf. Not yet available

Also cannot find the old firmware. I think it is removed by TP-Link. For your issue, you may contact TP-Link email support to get help.

Hi,
Submitted my problem to Customer Care. They replied quickly.
Performed the procedure as suggested. (See below)
WPA9610 functions again.
Thanks Jaap
Answer to servicedesk
[*]Officially firmware 161122 is the initial release, there for it is rather strange that firmware 161105 is rather strange that this was pre installed.
[*]Still this was the case
[*]Can you inform us how you performed the upgrade? Was this by use of an wired connection or wireless?
Through the webinterface offered via tpPLC utility
[*]Can you also try to reset the units
Done
[*]Download and install the most recent tpPLC application
Done
[*]Can you also try to reset the units and reconfigure according to the following procedure
Pairing (not mentioned in the instructions)
- Done
[*]Clone function & Clone function by use of the bundled software
- No TP-Link router so could not perform clone function
- Configured WPA9610 wi-fi settings as instructed
[*]Do not use an expansion cord, this can cause speed loss and even possible the functionality of your product
[*]I don’t use them
[*]When using your product on different power circuits then you can notice issues because of electric static
Well known.
tpPLC-utility
Main module doesn’t recognize the WPA9610 at first, presented as non wi-fi module.
After refresh of utility it is recognized. However pair light is shown off. While solid on on module.
This keeps reoccurring !
Website on WPA9610 says firmware 1.0.0 Build 20161122 Rel.67592 is running.
tlPLC utility says firmware 3.2.4_961011_161105_903 is running
Which is true?
Result
Since the procedure last night, the wpa9610 functions again.
This afternoon 4 loadtests, 2 wired and 2 wi-fi. performed with PassMark Speed test v9.0
Performance is not great. Wired just a bit better than wi-fi.
The actual speed, ups and downs, are more smoothed out in the test then could be seen with Taskmanager, performance.
Ping statistics for x.x.x.x:
Packets: Sent = 862, Received = 862, Lost = 0
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 1ms, Maximum = 317ms, Average = 11ms
Thanx for your help getting the module working again !!!
With regards Jaap

Some extra info after contact with Customer support:
Inyour e-mail you have noted that the firmware upgrade was done by the webinterface but your failed to mention if your PC was wired or wireless at thetime during upgrading.
It was wired
Theclone function is not specifically for TP-Link routers, if you have an WPSbutton located on your router then this is the clone button.
Ah yes WPS is a standard. But not on my virtualize Firewall/router (Sophos UTM)
Regardingthat the unit is not seen as an wireless device and you must refresh to getthis option can you connect your wireless module wired and directly to your PC?
Directly connected the wap9610 is immediately recognized as such.
Ifthe device is then detected everytime then this means that there is staticwhich could give issues during detection.
Ok, problem with communication between PC/tpPLC-utility and module apparently
Whenyou log into the webinterface of the unit and see 1.0.0 Build 20161122 Rel.67592 then this is the installed firmwareversion.
Ok, again problem with communication between PC/tpPLC-utility and module apparently
If you read your last part of themail we see that your products are now correctly functioning?
Yes, that is correct
