Looks like Q1 also is solved now. So I fixed it myself basically by deleting and reconfiguring the Decos :-)

I deleted #2 and #3 and now the devices (mobile phone) switch between the Decos when I move. Q1 remains: Why does #3 keep connecting to #1 when it's 1 feet from #2 ?
