@TP-Link main Sky Q mini box is hard wired off main Sky Q box but main box not recognising RE450 no idea what the firmware is as yet

Hi Help !! just changed from virgin to Sky and my RE450's wont extend the network on Sky Q main router in lounge Sky mini in conservatory they wont connect Can anyone advise thanks Ian
